   At present, our office does not have a licensed architect in Canada. However, we are led by a licensed Brazilian architect with over 20 years of experience, including experience working in Canada. We are fully qualified to design buildings in Canada, with the ability to legally manage projects up to 3 stories and a total construction area of 600m² (6,458 SF). While we work towards obtaining full licensure in Canada, we are committed to delivering high-quality, code-compliant designs and providing expert guidance throughout every stage of your project. 

 We provide projects for residential renovations, new constructions and interior design. We also provide construction documentation and project management always tailored to the client’s needs and budget. 

 Our main focus is residential design, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and apartments but we also have experience with commercial and corporative projects.

 Absolutely! We offer consultation services for any type of project, big or small.

Our focus is on providing exceptional design services, from concept development to the final design plans.  We can help you find qualified contractors and guide you through the permitting process.
